Spots are still available in the TYDE annual Finals Start/Dive Clinic!

This clinic is for swimmers who would like the opportunity to practice their start from a starting block in preparation for Finals. There are limited spots, so we encourage only non-year round swimmers to sign up HERE

GFSL does not use starting blocks during the regular season, but blocks are available for Finals at the GAC on July 10^th. It is not required that swimmers start from the blocks but if they would like to learn then this clinic is their only opportunity. PH coaches do not know which swimmers will be participating in Finals yet so anyone is welcome to sign up for this clinic.

Please note any swimmer who will only be participating in 10&U 25 yard events will not start off of starting blocks at the GAC. 10&U swimmers may choose to use the block for IM, 50 free, and 1st and 3rd leg of the free and medley relay.
