Deadline for Meet Entries
Meet Entry declaration links will close at 12pm two days prior to the meet to allow coaches time to set up the meet. Once the links close, changes MUST be emailed to [email protected].
Signup Instructions for Meet Entries and Jobs
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Meet/Volunteer Signup" to sign up for a swim meet.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
Meet Entry
The Peace Haven Dolphins require each swimmer declare attendance for each meet:
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
- (undeclared)
- Attending
- Not Attending
- Click Save to record your choices.
IMPORTANT:
Meet Entry declaration links will close at 12pm TWO DAYS prior to the meet - for example a Tuesday meet will close at 12pm on Sunday.
Volunteer Job Signup links will close at 12pm on meet day.
Coaches and Volunteer Coordinators are managing approximately 200 athlete entries and over 50 jobs per meet. Time is needed to prepare. You can edit your meet entry declaration or job signup as many times as necessary before the links close.
Once the links close, changes MUST be emailed through Contact Us link on the homepage with one exception: meet entry changes that arise ON MEET DAY, should be texted to (insert name and number).
