Good evening, Dolphins -

GFSL swimmers will have the opportunity to use starting blocks during both sessions at FINALS. Other than City Meet, this is the only time when swimmers in our league use starting blocks so there are many children who are unfamiliar with this.  Every year TYDE provides a clinic for non year round swimmers only to practice using blocks.

This year the clinic will be on July 10th 4 - 6PM at Fulton Y. If you swimmer would like to practice starting off the blocks CLICK HERE to sign up for a time.
