WE HAVE A NEW SCHEDULE NEXT WEEK

To ensure a safe and productive practice environment, we have decided to modify our schedule for the first week of morning AND afternoon practice. The changes include age grouping and times. Please carefully review the PRACTICE SCHEDULE

We would love for swimmers to attend either morning or afternoon practice daily. We have 6 lanes in the morning so there is more room for swimmers. We have 3 lanes in the afternoon so this is best for families who cannot attend morning due to camps or summer enrichment. No need to let coaches know if you cannot be there unless you are missing for a week or more.

Swim team is fun but it is not play time. Please remind your child to listen to their coaches, follow instructions, and wait on the wall for their turn. No club or school caps or suits please.

DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER FOR THE INTRASQUAD MEET BY 5/29

This meet is for ALL swimmers on the team: a low key first meet as we get back in the groove and a chance for coaches to get times for future lineups. 6&U will swim a 25 Free and Back, 7-10 will swim a 25 of all strokes and 11&O will swim a 50 of all strokes. Donuts for all at the CONCLUSION of the meet!

Declare your swimmer either ATTENDING or NOT ATTENDING by THURSDAY 5/29 at 12:00 PM. Log into your Swimtopia account, click the green “Meet Entry” button, then click the green “Edit” button. This is the only way that coaches will know who to enter in the meet. You may leave a note for coaches if there is a stroke that your child is unwilling to swim at this meet but we encourage all 7+ swimmers to attempt every stroke. Heat sheets will come out Friday 5/30 in the afternoon.

Wear your team suit! There is still time to order team suits through our Swim Outlet Store. Either the patterned suit (Sporti Catalyst), the royal blue with Dolphin (Speedo) or ANY royal blue suit will do.

All volunteer slots for the Intrasquad Meet are filled other than S&T. We would love to have a couple more folks serve our team in this important role. 50/50 RAFFLE

We are raising money to purchase an electronic starter to use during our meets. The cost of the starter and tripod is $1,500 so we are aiming to collect $3,000 and give half to one lucky winner. The drawing will happen at the Intrasquad Meet but you do not need to be present to win. We will be selling tickets at practice, during pool hours and at the meet. Thank you for your support!
