Every year TYDE offers swimmers the opportunity to practice using starting blocks prior to Finals. There are a limited number of spots so please do not sign up if you are a club/school swimmer and have used blocks before. The clinics fill up fast so sign up TODAY!

TYDE Start/Dive Clinics:

Fulton YMCA: 12 swimmers / 30min session (swimmers should enter around the back of the YMCA building directly onto the pool deck - this Y is not open to members at this time of day)

Monday, July 7th - 4:30-4:55pm, 5:00-5:25pm, 5:30-6:00pm

Wednesday, July 9th - 4:30-4:55pm, 5:00-5:25pm, 5:30-6:00pm

YMCA Reach Center @ Winston Lake: 24 swimmers/30 min session (swimmers should enter through the main entrance of the Y at the front of the building)

Thursday, July 10th - 9:30-9:55am, 10:00-10:25am, 10:30-11:00am
