There are some important events coming quickly with summer right around the corner! We’ve been working behind the scenes to get ready and are so excited to see you all soon.

• May 11-14 - 5:15-6:45 PM Dolphin School

• May 17 - 2:00 PM Kickoff Party

Team t-shirt and swim caps will be available for pick up for those who registered by April 25th. Merchandise from prior years will be available for purchase.

• 2 PM - Popsicles served
• 2:30 PM - Introduction of coaches and comments to entire team
• 2:45 PM - Swimmer age group breakouts with coaches + parent info session

Swim Suit Swap: If you have a gently used or new team suit that you are willing to donate, please label the size and bring to the kickoff party. Those that want to “shop”, all suits will be $10 and considered a donation to the swim team.

Note: We plan to place one additional t-shirt order. If you would like extra shirts for your family order HERE by May 20th. These will be distributed along with late registration shirts at practice on June 1st.

• May 18 - FIRST PRACTICE - Check the schedule for age group times.
• May 26 & 27 - MODIFIED MORNING & AFTERNOON PRACTICES - Please visit the Practice Schedule page to learn about our plan for these two extra days of public school.
• May 30 - INTRASQUAD MEET - Please visit the Meet/Volunteer Signup page to register your child and sign up to volunteer. This is a great opportunity to get you (and your Dolphin) ready for our first dual meet on June 2nd!
• May 30 - TEAM PICTURE - We will line swimmers up at the conclusion of the Intrasquad Meet around 9:30 am. Please wear your team suit!

If we send an Alert it triggers a push notification if you have downloaded and are logged into the SwimTopia mobile app AND have enabled notifications in your phone setting. If you have not completed these steps you will receive the Alert as an email.

DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER FOR MEETS TODAY

In order for your swimmer to be able to swim in our meets they must first be entered. This starts with you declaring that they are AVAILABLE to swim. Then Coach Aubri can enter them in individual events and relays. Make it easier on yourself AND us by going ahead and review your summer calendar now and declare your swimmer!
