Meet #4: Peace Haven @ Clemmons West 6/25

VOLUNTEERS - We are desperately in need of 8 Dolphin Pod helpers. If you have a 10&U swimmer participating in the meet and you are not already volunteering elsewhere this meet, WE NEED YOU.

PARKING - The pool address is 1 Hayward Industrial Drive, Clemmons, NC.

We must park across the street at Hayward Industries. There should be a sheriff directing traffic to make sure everyone gets safely across the road starting at 4:40 PM.

ARRIVAL - Clemmons West has asked us to not arrive before 4:40. Even though you may be eager to claim a place to sit, please respect this request.

• 4:40 PM Coaches, Reps and Clerk of Course arrive to set up
• 4:45 PM Dolphins arrive
• 5:10-5:25 PM Dolphins Warm Up
• 5:15 PM Timer and Stroke & Turn
• 5:30 PM Meet start

SEATING - We will set up on the left side of the pool deck as you enter. There is also a large field where we can set up. There is no shade on their deck so PLEASE BRING TENTS.

The baby pool, playground, volleyball courts and gaga ball pit are all OFF LIMITS during the swim meet.

WEATHER - Should inclement weather arise, we ask that families WAIT IN CARS for any continuation decisions to be made by reps. Please do not allow children to be in the parking lot playing when we are on a thunder break.

FOOD - They will be selling pizza, candy and drinks. CASH ONLY.

HEAT SHEET - The Heat Sheet and Meet Entries will be sent out by email as soon as they are available by noon on Thursday.
