Meet # 5: Peace Haven vs New Sherwood @ HOME - Tuesday, June 30th

POOL ADDRESS: 4600 Fernmarch Dr.

PARKING - Parking is available in the grass lot across the street from the pool. No parking is allowed on Fernmarch street. Please follow any no parking signs and follow directions of the parking attendants.

5:15 PM Timer and Stroke & Turn Meeting

VOLUNTEERS - We are still in need of a few Dolphin Pod volunteers. If you are signed up for Dolphin Pod, please bring your own heat sheet if possible. Be sure to check in at the table when you arrive.

SEATING - You are welcome to bring tents and encouraged to bring chairs to sit on. We will be set up on the shallow end of the pool near the baby pool and tennis courts. Swimmers and families are not allowed to use the tennis courts for any reason, nor are we allowed to use the shallow pool, baby pool, or diving well at any time during the meet. Please prevent your children from doing so.

CONCESSIONS - Concessions - including hot dogs - will be set up in the circle drive next to the pool entrance gate. Cash and Venmo accepted. Sunset Slush will also be on premises next to the tennis courts. They will also be passing out Stingray Bucks to any heat winner. These have a value of $.25 and can be used at our concessions stand.

PIZZA & MOVIE -

New Sherwood will be showing Toy Story 1 on the playground directly following the meet and pizzas will be delivered shortly before the end of the meet. To order, use THIS GOOGLE FORM before Monday at 6pm.
